Welcome to Matt Knight Nutrition. I am a Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian (RDN) serving Naperville and the surrounding Chicago area.

My services include one to one counseling and coaching to help you meet your weight loss goals. I also provide nutrition therapy to help manage other chronic health conditions such as high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.

In addition, I am available to provide group education classes in a variety of settings on topics ranging from weight loss to anti-inflammatory diets.

We will work well together if you are tired of fad diets and quick fixes and want to make a sustained effort to improve your health. I will not have you take unnecessary supplements or restrict entire food groups.

What I will do is provide the guidance and expertise to help you meet your goals.

My philosophy is simple and straightforward.

Focus on Health, not just achieving a number on the scale or improving a lab value.

Eat Real, Local Food. Much of my writing is intended to help you learn about the story of your food. I value eating real, locally grown, ethically raised food. I encourage everyone to eat foods that are in season, start a home garden and incorporate health into all areas of their life.

Keep it Simple. I provide practical advice and guide you to make changes that are easy and fit into your existing lifestyle. We will start small and continue working on personal development. All I ask is that you commit to a positive, growth oriented mindset while we work together.

Please reach out and let me know how I can help.

Meet Matt

Matt Knight Naperville Nutritionist

My overall approach to nutrition, health, and healing involves helping others seek out and treat the root cause of disease using a “Food as Medicine” model of practice. I use these principles when I provide weight management counseling, nutrition therapy, and education to individuals and groups.
